Join NCAA Eligibility Center staff as we discuss topics to best support student-athletes as they navigate the initial-eligibility process. We will discuss topics like the core-course review process and best practices for school counselors- including how to help student-athletes with recruiting. Time will be allocated for staff to answer your school specific questions.

Kaylen Overway

Kaylen Overway serves as assistant director of high school review at the NCAA Eligibility Center. Kaylen is a member of the team responsible for the review of high school accounts and programs according to NCAA legislation and has been with the NCAA since 2018. Kaylen is a former high school teacher and holds a BS in secondary education and MS in school counseling, both from Butler University.
   
 

Amy Routt

Amy started her career with the NCAA in the Spring of 2008 as a member of the Eligibility Center’s Academic Certification Team. While at the NCAA she transitioned to High School Review in 2013 and during her tenure has led both the School Review and Account Management Teams. Prior to her joining the NCAA, she was a high school and middle school science teacher in Indianapolis for 13 years.  She is a proud graduate of Butler University. Go Dawgs!
