PARKING- The Davis Center offers parking for $6.00 a day. You must purchase a permit ahead of time. This can be done when you register for the event.

Registration MUST be PAID in FULL prior to the conference. You will not be admitted if your registration is unpaid.

Please Note: VTSCA must be notified of any cancellations no later than October 15, 2025 to receive a full refund. Cancellation notifications received between October 16-November 1, 2025 will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of registration. Cancellations November 2-4, 2025 will be non-refundable.
